Can we get close enough to these animals to get good photographs ?

[Most of the time we can get within several feet of Flipper, about 50 to 100 feet from the Ospreys, several hundred yards from the Eagles,  very close to the Manatees, and within about 100 feet from most of the other birds.]

If I wanted photograph these animals what lenses would I bring. ?

[One wide angle for the close ups and one telephoto for the long range. You might want to bring a tripod or you can use one that I have.]

What do we do about food and drink on these Eco Tours ?

[You can pack a lunch to be eaten on the boat or on a private sand Island, I can provide food and drink for a nominal fee, we can go to one of many waterfront seafood restaurants, we can go downtown to the Landing and eat at one of many restaurants there.]

When is the best time to see these neat sites. ?

[Flipper and most of the birds are here year round. Manatees are here from April through July and then again in late October or November. White pelicans are here from May through October. Rosette Spoonbills are here from April through October.]

How many people can go on one of these trips 

and how long do they last. ?

[We can take up to 60 people, using multiple boats or up to six people on one boat. These trips are designed to be private and the only people on the boat will be you and your group.

These trips can last from a couple of hours to all day, depending on how long you want to stay out.]
